SUMMARY:Thanksgiving Adopted Families
DESCRIPTION:Prince of Peace will again support seven local families this Thanksgiving with full holiday meal fixings and grocery gift cards. We expect to receive our assigned families in early November.\n \nOur most immediate need is volunteers to serve as family contacts—making two brief phone calls to learn about dietary needs and confirm delivery times. Spanish‑speaking volunteers are especially needed. SUMMARY:Giving Tree
DESCRIPTION:Prince of Peace is participating in the Giving Tree program with Brown Station Elementary School in Gaithersburg\, providing selected students and their siblings with holiday gifts.  The school identifies a few families that need some help for the holidays and then sends us the wish list from the kids.  Then we shop!   \n\n\n\nThere will be a Sign-Up Genius available in mid-November. A box for the gifts will be in the Narthex starting on Sunday\, November 29th. The deadline for bringing gifts to church is Sunday\, December 13\, 11:00 am. \n\n\n\n Contact Kathy Mellott with questions.
