DESCRIPTION:Honduras Mission Trip 2026!\nPrince of Peace will partner with non-profit\, Haven Universe on a mission trip to serve various communities in Honduras from June 18-28\, 2026. We are excited to support the following PoP members in this mission: Luke Dillon; Ric\, Sherry\, and Sydney Kienzle. Please keep these missionaries in your prayers in the weeks leading up to the trip!\n \nThe itinerary will include planned medical brigades and construction projects for those living in remote communities. Donations are being accepted to fund these projects\, and we give thanks for all the generous donations thus far!  If you are interested in learning more about how to contribute to this year’s trip\, please contact  Ric or Sherry Kienzle.

DESCRIPTION:Juneteenth Celebration\, “It’s Our Story”\, on Friday\, June 19\, 2026 at 7pm! Please join Prince of Peace and the other congregations of the Rt 28 Quince Orchard Interfaith Team on Friday\, June 19 at 7pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – Kentlands Ward\, located at 16 Kent Gardens Circle\, directly across from Rachel Carson\, ES.  This year’s celebration\,  It’s Our Story: American History Belongs to us All\, will focus on Montgomery County’s 250th anniversary and the changes seen up and down Route 28 over that time\, through gospel songs and more.  Light refreshments will be served after the program.  Hope that you can join us!
