Board Game Night
June 8 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Board Game Night is starting up again. Please join Christian Michel and others for a night of board gaming and fellowship in the Besecker Youth Center on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 6:00 following Saturday service. If you haven’t noticed, board gaming is enjoying a renaissance in recent years, with the industry growing rapidly and projected to expand to $12 billion in 2023. Deck building, dice and card drafting, tabletop miniatures, multi-game campaigns, Euro-style worker placement, you name it. The variety is endless. Kickstarter and other crowd sourcing platforms have injected creativity and made it easier for people to bring interesting concepts to market. Come see what makes modern board gaming so fun and interesting. Have a favorite game? Bring it. Want to learn an ancient classic like Go? Come on out. There will be a variety of games available. This is mainly a teen-adult event, but if younger folks want to join in, we can supply games for younger (8+) kids available also. Please contact Chris at with any questions, or a list of available games. Hope to see you there! Also contact Chris if you want to be on an email list to generally discuss scheduling future board game nights, and choosing games to try.
